When they drink Gin (Ogogoros) it's a natural product from palm trees. They don't mix it with Saccharine, Nicotine, soda chemicals etc. All they ever drinks & ate in their time's Natural products. The creams they rub are Natural creams from palm kernel & coconut pomade etc. The soaps they used to bathes’ Native soaps.  At the age of 70yrs, the men still got marriage to a young ladies & produce children at that age. Every system in their body is still working properly well. They still see clearly, work & walk very well, all their joint in their body are freely working very well. If they wanted to eat meat, it's raw or dried meat not from the once store in cold room, If they wanted to eat fish, it's fresh or dried fish, not the once store in ice or cold room, you see, they live very simple life in their time.    When they are eating their meal, they always ate meat, fishes that have bones because those bones contain calcium, that makes their body look brighter & stronger etc. When they are brushing their teeth, they used showing sticks to brush their teeth everyday. When they wanted to take snuff, they take their Natural grinded tobacco, through their mouths, nose, after sometime they spits or sneeze it out. All their time on earth, they never consume any chemical reaction. That's while they never experience any deadly diseases in their time. They hardly sick, because no chemical reactions in their body, their environment’s very neat. In this jet age, all we consume contain chemical reactions. The food we eat where cooked by stoves & kerosene, Gas cook, micro waves, Electric hitters etc. The fish & meat that we normally consume is from cold room, most of us today can't afford the bush meats or river fish. They felterlize our modern farms today with manure & chemicals in order for our crops to grow. What about all the cows, pigs, birds, fishes etc, they felterlize them so that they grow rapidly on time. The palm oil & groundnut oil we consume today they mix them with one chemical & the others. The gin we consume now they mix them with saccharine, nicotine, soda substances etc. The beer we drinks today contain nicotine & other chemical reactions. Here in Nigeria there are mostly fake drinks, produce by those so called people in the name of looking for quick money. The energy drinks we consumes e.g., power horse contains nicotine.
